You can print out the commercial register application at home and then sign it at a local notary’s office or municipal office of your choice. A notary will then certify your signature. Please also bring a CH-ID or passport and approx. Fr. 20.00.
After the signature has been certified, you can send the form to the commercial registry office of your canton for registration. After 1-2 weeks the company will be entered in the register. The first thing you will see is the company registration on www.zefix.ch.
